Who We Are:
With over fifty years of combined legal experience, Ty Tyler and Clark Hamilton are seasoned trial lawyers who, with the help of their professional support staff are well-qualified to handle virtually any disputed insurance claim.

Ty Tyler
Ty Tyler received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1979 and was graduated from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1982.
Ty has practiced in the area of first-party insurance law since 1983. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State and Federal Courts and has attained an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available. |

Clark Hamilton
Clark Hamilton received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1977 and was graduated from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1980.
Clark has over twenty (20) years experience in insurance litigation, and for the past eighteen (18) years has practiced almost exclusively in the area of first-party insurance law. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State and Federal Courts. He has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1994 and is also “AV’ rated. |

Nicole C. Breton
Nicole C. Breton received her undergraduate degree from Albion College in Michigan in 2004. Nicole worked for Tyler & Hamilton, P.A. throughout law school and has assisted the firm at trial. She was graduated from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in April, 2007. |
